My parents are here and they have whisked the girls and I away for a holiday in Barcelona, while Ryan stays in Madrid with the team. I, as of yet, have no photos of Barcelona to show you because I am too cheap to buy an iPhone. That of course will now change because 'I have seen the promised land, and it is good'! Seriously, don't waste your time when you travel with cameras...just bring the all -time most amazing invention ever that happens to take incredible pictures...I CAN'T BELIEVE I DON'T HAVE ONE HERE!
Anyway, the team have started..or I should say, have tried to start their Spanish classes and from what has been reported to me, it has been a frustrating process. Schedules changing all over the place.
Pray for these guys that they would be patient and able to ask the right questions and do what is needed to be in class, I know they are ready. I do think it will all be resolved soon, probably as I'm typing this:)
The team has their conversation time with university students this week and another 'event' planned for Friday. We would ask you to pray for these as well, that the connections made would only get stronger and that our team would continue to love others and EACH other well!
